Different ways to order and obtain information

Sök företagsfakta

In Sök Företagsfakta you will find facts on enterprises in Sweden and other countries in Europe.

Facts on Swedish enterprises will be delivered by e-mail in a few minutes. You pay by card. You can buy:

• Annual report and Articles of association
• Certificate of registration in Swedish or English
• Certificate – information on a person's assignments

Facts on enterprises in Europe can be downloaded or viewed directly on the screen. You pay through invoice. To be able to search for European business information you need to register as a customer.

• Company profile – basic information on the enterprise, for example form of business enterprise, address and the business activities of the enterprise.
• Company officials
• Current assignments of the officials

Näringslivsregistret – the Swedish Trade and Industry Register

Facts on Swedish enterprises from Näringslivsregistret can be downloaded or viewed directly on the screen. You pay through invoice. To be able to search in Näringslivsregistret you need to register as a customer. In addition to the information available through Sök företagsfakta you may here choose to search for further information on Swedish enterprises, for example:

• Corporate mortgage on the business, if any
• Who has been on the board through the years
• To see what applications an enterprise has filed with Bolagsverket
