Registration of a new business enterprise

To register a new business enterprise, you will need one of our application forms and perhaps some information material.

Most of our application forms are in Swedish. A number of the most frequently used forms have been translated into English and are available in a bilingual version (Swedish-English).

You will find the application forms and information in the menu. Please note that it may be necessary to enclose certain documents with the application form. These documents must be in Swedish.

Changing information in the register

Changes are sometimes made regarding the board of directors. A company may increase its share capital. A sole trader may decide to change his line of business. If you wish to change details which have been entered in the register, you will find the application forms in the menu.
