Our organisation

Bolagsverket is situated in Sundsvall and has about 600 employees. Head of the authority is a Director General appointed by the Government.

The Swedish Companies Registration Office is headed by a director general who has a director subordinate. Both are part of the Administration and Governance. There are five departments: Infrastructure Services and Information Supply Department, Operation Department, Digitalization and Innovation Department, IT Department and Legal Department.
